Consuming soy products can help you control unwanted hair growth. According to a study, soybeans can reduce the dimensions of hair follicles, causing the hair on your body to thin over time.

3. Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea is known for its amazing qualities and benefits for the skin. This can also help thin the hair that grows on your body.

You just need to boil chamomile tea in a cup of water. Strain and let cool. Then, apply the tea to your hands and feet and let it dry. After that, wash thoroughly with water (not warm water).

Do this routine twice a week. This can make the hair on your hands and feet thinner over time.

4. Lemons
